| Process 1.Add in Phase A ingredient and mix at high speed for 10 minutes. 2.Add ingredients from Phase B one at a time, in order, while continuing high-speed mixing. Heat the mixture to 75–80°C and maintain mixing for 20 minutes. 3.Cool the batch down to 40°C, then add Phase C ingredient. Mix for 15 minutes until fully blended.
