Quality and Regulatory Specialist

Overview:
The Quality and Regulatory Specialist supports the company's regulatory compliance and quality assurance efforts. This role ensures adherence to quality and regulatory standards and assists in implementing and maintaining efficient systems for compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. Assist in the maintenance and execution of quality systems and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and customer requirements.
  • 2. Support the documentation and investigation of chemical raw material issues and non-conformance events, including tracking corrective actions.
  • 3. Collaborate with production and procurement teams to ensure the products meet all regulatory and company specifications.
  • 4. Assist in the sampling, testing, and release of raw materials following company protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, such as product documents, labeling, sampling, and QC approvals.
  • 5. Help ensure that all documentation, practices, and processes comply with industry regulations and standards.
  • 6. Support the supplier and vendor audits, including collecting and reviewing necessary documentation.
  • 7. Coordinate customer feedback collection related to product quality and work with relevant teams to implement improvements.
  • 8. Assist in monitoring and updating the Quality Assurance Plan for continuous improvement.
  • 9. Provide administrative support for creating and managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • 10. Perform other regulatory and quality tasks as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer.


Qualifications:

  • 1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 2. At least 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, or a related role in the chemical, personal care, or related manufacturing industry.
  • 3. Familiarity with industry regulations and standards (e.g., GMP, ISO, REACH) is a plus.
  • 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, onsite

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Production Operator
Job Description

Overview:

As a Production Operator at ANCHORChem Inc., you will perform essential tasks associated with the safe and efficient operation of the production line. This includes using equipment to produce high-quality products on time. You will be expected to work both independently and collaboratively, following operating procedures and communicating effectively with team members. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. 1. Operate production equipment and perform related tasks as directed by supervision.
  2. 2. Adhere to all safety procedures and requirements to ensure a safe working environment.
  3. 3. Follow all operational procedures and practices without deviation.
  4. 4. Monitor production metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
  5. 5. Contribute to improvements in production efficiency and operational performance.
  6. 6. Troubleshoot process equipment, perform minor repairs, and conduct preventative maintenance.
  7. 7. Safely operate and inspect forklifts.
  8. 8. Perform general housekeeping tasks to support safe and efficient operation.


Qualifications:

  1. 1. Minimum of a High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required.
  2. 2. Valid US driver’s license required.
  3. 3. 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, logistics, or technical roles preferred.
  4. 4. Willingness to work overtime, including on short notice when required.
  5. 5. Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hat, protective eyewear and gloves.
  6. 6. Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  7. 7. Ability to perform repetitive movements such as climbing stairs, standing, stooping, and bending.
  8. 8. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate written records.
  9. 9. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  10. 10. Dependable, flexible, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  11. 11. Prior experience with preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment is preferred.


Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, onsite

Pay: $20 - $25 per hour
