| Process 1.Add Phase A ingredients in order, use high-speed mixing and blend for 10 minutes until uniform and fully dispersed. 2.In a separate container, combine all Phase B ingredients, mix gently until uniform. Slowly add Phase B into Phase A while continuing mixing, heat the batch to 55–60°C and maintain mixing for 20 minutes to ensure full solubilization and stability of the retinol complex. 3.Allow the batch to cool to 40°C with continuous gentle stirring. Optionally, apply low shear mixing or homogenization for 10–15 minutes to ensure a smooth, air-free serum texture.
